Cancellation Policy

If you choose to purchase a subscription product from Lyven, your order will renew automatically based on the delivery schedule selected at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms set out below.

Automatic Renewals

Subscription orders are billed automatically on an ongoing basis unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Lyven to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until you cancel.

Billing Schedule and Charges

Your subscription will be charged every [30 days] unless a different billing interval is clearly shown at checkout.

Each renewal charge will be billed at the subscription price shown at the time of purchase, together with any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees disclosed during checkout.

Cancellation Deadline

To prevent your next recurring order from being processed, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

If cancellation is submitted after that time, your upcoming renewal may still be processed, and the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles.

How to Cancel

We want subscription management to be straightforward.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • logging into your customer account and managing your active subscription; or

  • contacting our support team at support@primalblend.com

If you contact support to cancel, please include your full name and order number so we can process your request faster.
